I truly appreciate the detail to the service I received with Varghese Summersett. All the staff assisted me with my billion questions over the course of at least 3 months. The impression I based my decision on hiring them with was the initial reaction to my call which was around 8pm at night. Benson Varghese spoke to me on the phone and works as hard as me, answering questions throughout the evening and responding quickly. In most cases responses are given within 24 hours. I did notice that there was a staff to work with and realized later that I wasn't just working with Mr. Varghese. I was treated well, responded to often. I don't think we would be where we are at in our case if I didn't hire them. I do suggest to talk to them about every step so they can be clear to you as they were with me on when and how to utilize them. I am happy with their services and will be using them in the future if ever needed. Anna Summersett was prepared for trial which we ended up not going through with but she made me feel so comfortable with all our choices by continuing to take care of me throughout and after the processes. Benson Varghese at Varghese Summersett PLLC, did a great job. I was facing multiple felony charges, and a misdamienor charge in Johnson county. We found Anna through an online search. When Michael was arrested I looked up to see what could potentially happen to him. I read a blog on the website and decided to give Varghese Summersett a call. Anna was prompt in talking to us about Michael's cases. He was arrested Agg Assault DW and Unlawful restraint. It was a terrible time for us. I truly believe God gave me Varghese Summersett. My friend Chris told me about Mrs.Jack. I hired Christy Jack on three different cases. A burglary of habitation, evading arrest, and a drug charge. Christy was able to get my cases nobilled in grand jury and the evading arrest charge was dismissed in court. My brother Michael was arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter back in 2016. We were referred to Mr. Varghese through a family friend Assis Silva. After a google search, we read the reviews and results of Varghese Summersett. Not only were they exceptionally outstanding results but the way people talked and shared their experiences with this firm from the office staff to the attorneys was something you wouldn’t find anywhere else. It gave my brother and myself a sense of hope. I called Benson the following day praying we find someone to help guide us through the criminal justice system. With having no experience and never been through something like this before, Benson was very honest, caring, and upfront with what to expect. I was beyond pleased with our phone call that I decided to hire him as my brothers attorney. The firm kept us informed throughout the entire process and made it extremely helpful to get in contact with them any time of the day. Benson was there every step of the way answering our questions/concerns. He made an effort to go visit Michael periodically to keep him updated on the progress of the case. We had over 14 settings in court before a year later we finally reached a sentencing date. Initially the case got to a point where the Judge was pressing we either go to a Jury trial or sentencing in front of a judge. Benson advised Michael to go before the judge and that is what he decided to do. The victim's family was very forgiving. Michael was sentenced to 8 years probation on a intoxication manslaughter charge. Most importantly the personal attention to our case was outstanding.
