2 yrs ago my world was turned upside down due to an alleged crime and I was looking at a pretty serious charge. Immediately I knew i was going to hire an attorney. I did my research and chose Varghese Summersett to represent me. This team by far exceeded my every expectation and did not let them selves get pushed around by the prosecutors, or my previous employer which was an empire with a slew of attorneys. The people at Varghese were very courteous and professional in the handling of my case. Because of them, I get to get on with my life putting this nonsense charge behind me and spending the rest of my life with my family. My son was falsely accused of two felony charges. Agg Assault Deadly Weapon and Burglary of Habitation Inted other Felony. My son was represented by Letty Martinez. He had an opportunity to take a polygraph test and passed the test which Letty then showed the prosecutor and got both of his cases dismissed.Thank you to Letty who gave him the opportunity to take this test. We hope to never have to use your services again but IF we do this firm will be the first I call. I cannot thank Letty enough for everything she did for my son.

I was represented by Anna Summersett for a false allegation back 2016. She was so awesome and very understanding of the concerns I had. She researched my case and did not find evidence that I was the one who committed this crime. I personally never had to be in the court room or go in front of a judge which was a big relief. My case was Dismissed and with this outcome I can now go through my life without facing any type of punishment, I can hold a steady job, and volunteer for my kids schools. We found Varghese Summersett after a google search for juvenile defense attorneys. I called the firm on a Jan 2nd and someone answered that was willing to help our family.We had no experience with criminal attorneys before and didn't know where to start. Benson walked us through our case on the phone and came in to meet with Letty in person. We lucked up and we couldn't of asked for more help nor guidance through a really bad traumatizing time. I was represented by Anna Summersett for a felony POCS 4g-200g. First, I want to say I cannot thank Anna Summersett enough for everything she has done on my behalf. From the beginning, she was very easy to communicate with and was willing to answer ALL of my questions. After a medical emergency dealing with PTSD, I called the firm in a panic hoping to find some sort of clarity. PTSD is real and if I could give my entire testimony in the review I would.
