I was working with another attorney originally and was not happy with the relationship. I was referred to Hunter days before we needed to go to court. I actually paid a bit more money for his services because he was worth it. His demeanor is kind. He appears very educated and hardworking. He answered my questions at all hours of the day, even weekends, and got us the desired results on our case. I will always recommend Hunter and his office for any DWI related cases. By far the best in DFW area.

I needed to file for bankruptcy earlier this year and I called Sims Law. I was very nervous about the hole process but after my consultation with Mr.Tyler Sims I was ready to move forward, Mr Sims was very knowledgeable about the law and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was a first time offender but the number of my offenses and the serious nature of some(DWI and Felony Evasion charges) made it almost certain that I would be seeing jail or even prison time. However to Dan's awesome lawyer skills, he was able to bring get the DWI and Felony Evasion differed and removed from my record upon completion of probation. In the end, I've been charged with 2 misdemeanors and a 3 year probation sentenced that if served would see the more serious charges dropped. Filing bankruptcy is never easy and often leaves you feeling down and defeated. Tyler Sims calm nature and knowledge made the process smoother than expected.
