I had to move forward and try my case because a conviction would destroy my career. It also would have thrown a wrench in my personal life. In the middle of trial Dan made a motion and the case had to be thrown out! I was found not guilty immediately. Dan's hard work and knowledge made it possible for me to continue my career and support my family. He is a great trial attorney.

The lawyers at Biederman & Burleson represented me on a DWI case. I knew I made a mistake the night I was arrested and would most likely plea guilty. I hired Biederman & Burleson because I was told by the officer who arrested me that I should hire them (I am not kidding) and I wanted the best plea deal possible. After months of working on my case, they arranged a plea bargain that required me to spend a few hours in jail. I did not have a fine or have to be on probation. They saved me thousands of dollars and allowed me to plea guilty and get back to my normal life. I wish I had not made the mistake of driving drunk but I am very grateful I hired Hunter, Troy and Dan. Thank you guys!

Dan help Troy Burleson try my DWI case in Collin County, Texas. He and Troy are a great DWI trial team. I recommend Dan and Troy as DWI attorneys.

I recommend Mr. Moran as a criminal lawyer. He and his partner Troy Burleson did a great job in trial and I was found not guilty. I would highly recommend Dan Moran!

I highly recommend Dan Moran as a criminal defense attorney. He worked tirelessly on my drug related charges and, thanks to him, I got to walk out of jail as a free man.

Horrible attorney. He failed to filed papers on time and by husband (now ex) took the case to another state.
