This store and it's employees are just awesome !! This is the store I use when mailing packages which is quite often. After my last visit I just had to reach out and say these guys are wonderful. They are always nice and professional, which is huge in my mind as they are always busy but never fail to have a smile on their face.

The staff and owners of this store are the best. They have done lots of printing for me over the years.

My goto place for shipping, great people that are a great help in packing large odd shaped packages. Friendly, clean, and convenient.

UPS Bandera and 1604 (11844 Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX) Poor customer service. If I could give a lower rating than one star I would. When I arrived the owner/manager did a shooing motion with her hand toward me and said that I was just going to have to wait shrugged her shoulder and rolled her eyes in a careless regard. Mind you there were no other customers in the store. I don’t expect to be catered to hand and foot. I understand she was training an employee or correcting a system issue, but rather than communicate and tell me “I’ll be with you momentarily” she took on an ugly attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty, the employee she was training or helping interjected and said “She is the manager and owner.” And laughed and shrugged his shoulders. I mistakenly brought my package to UPS rather than USPS. Instead of them helping me and telling me that I brought my package to the wrong establishment, they allowed me to take my package knowing that it would not be returned and put package in a different bin. I went back to ask for my receipt after I realized that I was not given one. The young employee in training quipped back that I wasn’t going to get a receipt and with a snarky response said I brought my package to the wrong place. Customer service is helping out a patron regardless of the circumstance. That’s what would set them apart from their competition…their overall customer experience. I told the manager/owner that her poor attitude was rubbing off on her team and that her employees are a reflection of her. I would not recommend this UPS. I’d rather drive out of my way to a different UPS in the wrong direction or in my case a USPS than to come this UPS Bandera and 1604 (11844 Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX) and deal with her and her team’s awful attitude.

The woman helping me was wonderful. Even helped me remove old packaging so my information wouldn’t be seen by others. Wonderful and quick return experience.

I came in last month for a return and it was extremely fast. If I remember correctly the young lad who assisted me was mr. rolando. I got my receipt fast. In a matter of seconds I was back in my car and out of there!

Great store. Excellent service. Superb employees, especially Rolando who assisted my old wife. Caring owners. 5-star quality.

This UPSh store always takes care of business! I had to mail about 18 packages overnight and they took care of it. The one dude that stood out was Rolando. He came to my truck and helped me load up everything inside 🙌 A true hero. We will be returning no questions asked!!!

The best UPS Store I've been to. I was greeted warmly when entering. I was mailing a very expensive and fragile item internationally. Rolando was exceptional in his attention to detail. He made sure my item was packaged with the utmost care. My package arrived successfully to its destination without a scratch. He most definitely deserves a promotion and a raise. The owners were very kind to me as well. Charming people full of Christmas spirit.

Definitely easiest experience I walked in very confused but thanks to employee Rolando Alvizo I had no problems whatsoever truly made the experience easier, was very helpful and attentive.
