Store manger very rude, total Karen. I was trying to drop off usps package. My son was trying tell her they were metal plates and she gave him hard time. I go in after him and her attitude didn't stop there. I will never do business at this store again and advice you do the same ! Attn: all you need to know is if a Lithium battery or dangerous item to ship. It is none of your business what I ship. If there is a problem with my package the federal mail will be contacting me and I don't need your over priced services or attitudes. Btw the owner of the store is as rude as the manager ! I will be filling a formal complaint with USPS

Love this UPS Store! Roland had helped me notice the simple line of text just under Amazon's OR code indicating "No Box No Label" or "Customer Packed." I purchased a standard pack from Roland and he took care of my "customer packed" Amazon return. ... zipping off...see ya soon...!!!

Absolutely rude customer service. Go else where...apparently management condones the rudeness because they too handled it in the same rude manner. Apparently they are un able to make a box for a 6 foot by 4" long box, i was told it would cost $100 and that it would take an hour or more to custome make one, i told them that amazon was going to reimburse me anyway and was immediatelytold that amazon wouldn't and continuously argued that point, not realizing i already spoke to amazon on the matter and that i would be paying for the box and all i needed was a receipt to file with amazon because it was amazon that would provide me the refund NOT THEM!..But they made the process more difficult by saying they couldnt and wouldnt do it..then i was told to go to another store since they didnt want deal with it. Please stay clear of this business apparently your business is not that valuable and i think they dont like the fact that they have to deal with Amazon returns (probably because they dont make any money that way) There is a better store just up the road on bandara. Do yourself the favor and drive the 3 miles up the road and leave this business to rot and fail due to rude customer service. You will thank me later. Just read the comments on how the "owner" responds to the negative comments...absolutely no professionalism....need i say more. I hope this business fails and better management takes it over.

Run from this place. The staff and owner are rude and slow. I use postal annex after my last experience with the blonde woman. Horrible parking. Horrible service.

Im convinced my package was lost by an employee. I handed it to someone’s that was working and he said he couldn’t give me confirmation. The item was never checked in thus lost. He offered to take it over to the drop bin but was cleaning up around the door. I will never drop off anything here again. Over $50 gone. Been a customer for over 15 years never had an issue before. Owner told me to reach out to USPS and they offered me an apology.

I have chaged my overall rating....tried to do this eariler and could not due to lack of wi-fi. I have deleted the entire detailed documation of what happend as well as the negative conversations that occured with your wife/manager Angela. We will be in contact with the sender and find our why they sent it to your location when they have all my personal information on file. As discussed we can now advised them that the package was sent from their office due to the information you provided about the tracking number. We appreciate you holding the package and the no charge. As I stated before we have been loyal customers to your location because we belive in supporing small businesses. We definitely know the how small business operate.

Thanks for giving me this chance to leave feedback. You have an agreement with Amazon to ship returned items back to it. They provide a computerized code, which consumers present to UPS stores, which includes instructions and item descriptions. Since Amazon shipped the item out the first time, they should know exactly what is in it. THEY can tell you. They know the answer. They must follow shipping regulations too. Consumers are just dropping items off at Amazon's direction. If there are LEGITIMATE questions of the CONSUMER, they could include: 1. "Is the item description associated with this return correct?" 2. "Did you open the original package or add anything to it before bringing it in today?" If a shipping approval process depends on consumers to know the material contents of an item, that process is flawed. Consumers will not know correct answers, because they do not have the information. The burden of reporting hazardous content in packages is reasonably split. But, I suggest you ask appropriate questions of consumers as stated above, and place responsibility on Amazon to address the returned item itself.

UPS requires my phone number to ship a package. My phone number is none of their business. I refuse to do business with a company that doesn't respect my right to privacy.
