I got a snarky attitude from one of the employees and after reading some of the reviews it seems like I'll be going to another location because there seems to be a customer service issue here. I waited 10 minutes in line to ship out a couple things on ebay and the lady behind the counter was really trying to suggestive sell me a 5 dollar box for each item (a couple of DS and 1 PSP game) to ship out which is ridiculous considering how small the items were. The eBay buyer already paid for the shipping and every time I've come to this location my item has always come with either a box or a bag depending on what level of shipping the buyer selected. She told me that because my item was USPS instead of UPS that I had to either go to the post office or pay for packaging. Which is fine, maybe the employees were just stealing inventory by giving me packaging these past few months and I just didn't know better. I just didn't appreciate waiting in line for 10 minutes just to be talked down to like I was a toddler.

Extremely RUDE customer service when closing out my PO box. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

The two stars are only for the employees who have always been awesome there. However, the owner, Joe Garcia, is rude and treats his customers like an inconvenience. He has no idea how to treat customers and after 10 years of renting a box from them, I will be going elsewhere. I refuse to give him anymore of my money every again.

Just had another great experience with this UPS store. As a small business retail owner in Old Town Helotes we always try to deal with local businesses who offer great customer service. This UPS store once again went above and beyond to help us with a difficult package. Thank you for another great experience and for your ongoing commitment to providing excellent customer service to everyone here in Helotes and San Antonio.

The “Manager/ Store Owner” Joe, was very rude when I went in, I was returning a school book for Amazon, and I didn’t have my barcode ready to be scanned. Another lady came in and he told me to step aside and he threw the book and the box on the floor with out care, then after that continued to be very rude towards me and my friend. I would not recommend this store. If you want your belongings thrown on the floor. I would not recommend going here.

Stay away from this store of you returning an Amazon product. They will try to charge you $3 per box when Amazon doesn't charge. THEY STEALING AMAZONS CUSTUMERS MONEY. Plus the store owner is very rude. I almost had a physical altercation on 11/24/2021 at 6:45pm it was supposed to be the store owner. He is lucky because I'm ready for anything. I throw his card on his face. I already report him to UPS and amazon.

they lost my package.

I went in today to send a package. First of all, the store hours state they open at eight and it was about 8:05 when they opened the doors. This is not the first time this has happened. There were 6 of us standing outside waiting for the doors to open. While I was in there I decided to buy some Christmas stamps. It was my own fault for not checking the cost. I was so excited to have the stamps I didn’t even bother to look when I scanned my card. Over 16.00 for 20 stamps. After I got home I called the store. When I explained my dismay he said that they charge a service charge. It’s basically robbery. I also complained about the store opening late again and he basically told me I was welcome to go to another store. No apologies, no polite customer service. Just a very rude owner. I don’t know if the store has changed hands recently or if the owner has just become rude over time. I used to love the store. If you read from the many comments below, you will find similar experiences with this owner. So sad

Super friendly and helpful staff!

Was looking all over town for someone who does large format printing and this UPS was one of the few I found and they were able to do it that same day and at a less expensive price than most print shops. These prints were for a big meeting for a big job I was working on and they printed one of my items twice snd missed one but I called to let them know and not only did they quickly printed the correct one, they took the time to come drop off my home late in the evening after hours. That is what I call going above and beyond. I will be a customer again.
