I just caught a dwi May 4th, 2019 and it is May 16,2019 and he already got my case dismissed I didn’t even go to court once he went and presented him self to the judge and ect I actually thought I would be fighting this case for 9months or more but he got right on top of it and made my life easier and I don’t have to go through these head aches or stressing over what’s going to happen next him and his staff are very good at reaching out to you and returning calls I have had lawyers that will never call me back but not with Justin Harris law firm they was always on stand by I want to thank them and I will deff recommend them to any one with a dwi or other issues contact them won’t hurt to consult and you will get what you pay for. First, his assistants Whitney and Laura are great. And Justin is truly awesome. He made sure to keep me informed during the entire process, responding quickly via text/phone calls to any concern or questions I had. OMG!!! This is the #1 law firm in Houston Texas. I felt more like friend then just an client. I was lied on by people who I thought was ok people. I had my first dope case trying to be a kingpin in college and getting caught up with abundance of drugs and looking at some years until I bonded out and hired this man for $5000 a felony and didn’t rly know how good he was until I caught 2dope charges on bond and after he chewed my butt out got those cases dismissed on technicalities I never heard of in 10mins and bond reinstated plus got my car returned to me after it had been seized by law enforcement! My initial case he would’ve beat but my judge wouldn’t allow that to happen and offered probation or state jail! I took probation got in trouble but did no prison time bc he got my back time doubled and got me time served the same day I took my conviction and was released same day! My friends have used him and he’s made miracles happen for them too! He will be hard on ya if you continue to mess up while he’s trying to defend u but he will fight like no other! He has the pull to get things done quickly bc he has the respect of his peers and the courts! His experience as a fierce federal prosecutor sets him apart from most others! He’s must see and he is worth the money! Go cheap if you want but you get what u pay for usually less, but with Brett Podolsky you get the best at half the cost it takes to hire the best!

I would highly recommend anyone with any case to Michael Mercer. He made me feel completely comfortable and he got my case dismissed within 3 visits to the courts. I cannot thank Mr. Mercer enough for everything he has done for me and my case.
