I just signed the contract to use CCK's services last week and for 3 days, I could not get a lawyer or even a paralegal to speak to me. Only the receptionist who says the same thing every day, "they're busy, they will call you back today or tomorrow." It wasn't until I told the receptionist I no longer want their representation did someone get on the phone with me. Of course, it was too late. I cannot be represented by a law firm who I can't even get on the phone with for 3 consecutive days of trying. It's very unfortunate because they have multiple good reviews from previous clients, but I guess I wasn't important enough.

I made the mistake of hiring this firm to represent me in attempting to get my va disability. The entire time they were representing me I never once spoke to an actual lawyer and they would only have paralegals call me that knew even less than I did about any of the regulations. My disability ended up going through off of stuff that I filed before I even hired this firm but since I hired them they still got 30k of my money. Then they allowed the va to illegally lower two of my static disabilities in an attempt to lower me below 100%. The best I got from this firm was, "well at least they weren't able to lower you below 100%". Then they had a brand new paralegal call me to lie to me about temporary total disability. I had to be off work for just over 3 months due to reconstructive neck surgery and it was all through the va. The va refused to pay me temporary total disability and this firm actually sided with the va and had a paralegal lie to me about the regulations, I actually had them pulled up on my computer while I was on the phone with her and read them off to her because she admitted she didn't actually know them. Even after I pointed that out they still refused to do anything about it. If you have any documented proof at all about anything you're claiming and you can argue your point better than an elementary school kid then save your money and represent yourself because this firm absolutely does not care about you unless you're an easy mark for them and they will lie directly to you if they feel like they're not going to get much money out of you for whatever you're talking about. Inaccurate facts? I don't think you guys would actually know what a fact actually was even if it was read off to you. In fact, I know you wouldn't because I literally read off the regulations for temporary total disability when you guys had a paralegal call me to lie to me about it. The very least you could do is own up to your short comings and admit when you're 100% in the wrong. I can even spell it out for you too so that way you can't deny it. I was denied temporary total disability after having reconstructive neck surgery through the VA. The regulation governing approval for temporary total disability clearly states that it would have to either be something you were currently rated for or the surgery would have to have been performed through the VA. The surgery was performed through the VA but they still denied me for it and your office sided with the VA and still refused to do anything about it even after I read off the regulations to the ignorant paralegal you had call me to lie to me about it. Then there's still the matter that your office allowed the VA to illegally lower two of my static disabilities with a completely unrelated exam report and even in the exam report it said I had shown no improvement. You could've just acknowledged that your firm screwed up but now everybody gets to see that you're attempting to lie about that too, not a good look when you claim you do all you can to help veterans.

Just was accepted by CCK. I see mainly good reviews and I’m hoping they’re true so just for good luck I’m here supporting my attorneys. So far my experience has been what it needed to be. The intake interview was lengthy and thorough. I made sure to mention everything that I could think of that will prove my case. Idk care if they take a year because i the damage my service has done to me has completely destroyed my life and I know I wouldn’t be able to get what I deserve without a solid team. They literally run a deal where if they win, they get a check and we get a check a month forever and if they don’t win they don’t charge you. Geez I’d give them 40% if I knew they could definitely prove my 100%

I just received a message from receptionist that they could not represent me without ever talking to me as a client, only contact was thru a receptionist who hung up in my face for asking why they couldn't represent me! I am a Viet Nam veteran, Total and Permanently Disabled !!! I was discharged because of my disability and was only compensated at 10% which by my records should have been at least 80%!!. I was told to file for compensation thru the VA. I did and was cut off to 0% from1974 to 2002. No compensation for 28 years!!! I when my records showed this was a permanent chronic condition at at least my discharge percentage!! I approached this law firm who claims to represent veterans and was not only turned down but was treated very unprofessionally!!! The clerk hung up in my face just for asking why they chose to not represent me!! I did talk to a supervisor who was a lot more professional, which I appreciate that but as far as the advertisement of wanting to help veterans, I beg to differ!!! I applaud those who have been helped by this firm but my experience was quite different!!

We are so happy we made the educated decision to go with Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick! We received the results we were hoping for and my husband feels he is finally secure and hopeful for his future and as retired 💯 % disabled veteran. I think all veterans and their families can relate to the disappointments we sometimes have to face and having a good law firm behind you can help tremendously. I can honestly say, the best experience and the best decision we ever made! Thank you to all of the Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick team! Charles and Laura Mullins

I sent my remand claims to them and they told me they couldn’t help me , they don’t tell you why! They didn’t ask for any evidence or lay statement’s how can they determine a remand without out my evidence? If you have a Pact Act claims they will not represent veterans.

CCK personnel are so professional. Always providing updates on my disability status on a regular basis. I’ve tried and also used other company to work on my case but I’d didn’t go anywhere. In one year they were able to upgrade my case from 80 to 100%. After getting my 100%, they reviewed my case and advise me that I should go back few more years for the start date of my total disability. It took almost a year and a half for the VA to reconsider my case and got it. All along they always informed me of my case. Thank you!!!
