I have an appeal scheduled for January 3. That I have the upmost confidence with the evidence provided. However, I do not have a Representation for this appeal. I called Chisholm firm In hopes for assistance with representation As my appeal date is two weeks out. Unfortunately, I was told on the phone by a rep. That they normally need about two weeks to prepare. When I was told this, I got excited because I didn’t see an issue. Toward the end of the conversation, I was told that I would not be able to secure a representative From their firm such short notice. I was very confused as I was just towed that they needed two weeks to prepare. I am currently a Disabled veteran and waited over a year for this appeal to happen, And as I said the evidence is strong. Reading the reviews, I was hoping that someone would be able to assist with my case. But unfortunately, I am left confused.

I needed help with a VA claim that I had been fighting with for 5 years. CCK reviewed my claim talked to me and said they could help. Everyone was professional and friendly. Felt good about my claim. They got it settled in my favor and the rest is history. Would recommend them to those who need help.

I filed a VA claim about two years ago and was denied. It was an Agent Orange claim for my prostate. Rather than try to appeal, I went on a Google search for a law firm and CCK just stood out!
