My experience was amazing. Everything was methodically done & easy to understand. Very cut & dry material with wonderful people.

I am very grateful for the assistance and representation during a VA claim that resulted in a positive increase in benefits. CCK was attentive, courteous and diligent in their key communications that resulted in a desirable outcome. I would recommend CCK to any veterans that needs assistance to ensure all VA entitlements are appropriately awarded.

Applied here to help with the VA and get told they cant take my case. No problem but when I ask what the issue was the person goes into robot mode and not being able to provide legal advice. Not what I was asking, I just wanted a better understanding of why. After I made 2 clarifications on my question I got hung up on.

Not helpful whatsoever

Do not use them - I received a denial from my Veterans Appeal. My attorney notified me that she was not certified to do federal appeals. That I must find a VA CAVC Attorney. This law firm has these attorneys. I have 120 days to appeal or I am done. I contacted them, filled out the intake process, sent them all documents and then they wanted a letter of termination of my current attorney. They email we can’t help you. No reason. Told to go to DAV in KY. 214 miles one way. They can’t help. So why did they tell me to go to the DAV.

I think I have a valid claim to include a secondary condition. I've consulted CCK and they won't take my case. Read the comments they reply on other low ratings. Sorry we can't take every case. I get that and it's fine. At least have the courage to tell us why. My assumption is that they take cases where they can make money without working very hard. If you are a cash cow they'll be happy to poach your disability money

These kind people took all the stress of dealing with the v.a off me. So I could deal with my health issues. They were able to not only win my cases, but also made it possible for me and my family to receive back payments. Now we have everything we need for a better life. We now live a comfortable life without hardships. I can't say enough about cck and the kind caring people there. Thank you God bless you all.
