What brought me to Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick is I was tired of being stuck at a percentage and I was getting nowhere with the VA. I reached out to Veterans Guardian and paid them to help me. They had a great plan for me in place and we had everything thing in place and the VA didn’t look at the documents and they still denied me so that’s why I pick the Law firm. What made me pick them over others was all due to their success rating and I felt that I had a strong case. Thankfully, they took my case and the rest is history. The results after a few times of going back and forth with the VA was favorable for me where the team worked real hard to get what I felt was owed to me. My percentage was favorably increased. This was a tremendous help for me and my family where I’m grateful and thankful for choosing Chisholm Chisholm Kilpatrick. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I first contacted attorney Christine Clemens when she was with a different firm. She listened, for well over an hour, to me crying and ranting and really dejected. Then she asked me some questions and agreed to take my case. She advised it could take a long time and it did. She changed firms and gave me the option of taking my case elsewhere but I had no interest in a different attorney. CC&K was very good at keeping in touch with me over the years, checking in, checking up on me, explaining things when I needed. They didn't give up on me or forget me. I had found the VA very difficult to deal with, and in trying to they exacerbated my condition. CC&K pushed the Veterans Administration to resolve the case and copied me on all the correspondence, I would have give up years earlier if not for them. Then, finally a month ago I got the response I was waiting for, that I deserved! I am still ecstatic. The firm was paid directly by the VA (they work on a contingency basis) and considering all their efforts the fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend this firm if you are having trouble dealing with getting your rightful benefits from the VA. They made the process easier and took the weight of the conflicts off so I could focus on healing. All my thanks to them for making my life easier and putting me on the road to healing.

It was worth every penny! I went from 10% disability with the VA to 100%. If I had it to do over again, they would be my first choice.

For years I tried to handle my own medical needs by applying directly to the VA Claims. However, I finally realized that after numerous rejections, somehow, I was not communicating effectively with the officials at the VA. I quickly discovered that CC&K spoke the same language as the VA Officials. After hiring CC&K, I have received the C&P I was due as a Vietnam Combat Veteran, nevertheless, I am still dealing with a lot of medical issues directly related to my military service. These folks are top notch and in my opinion top of the games with the VA Appeals stuff. Everything was 5 star rated. If your on the fence don't be just call them and they are there to help you through all the frustrating VA paperwork!
