This law firm is outstanding. The personnel were professional and very helpful. All I can say is, in my opinion, they are the best in the business of assisting and helping veterans.

CCK Law claims to care about serving veterans but they don’t. They only take on cases that they can make a lot of money on. My claim is pretty clear cut, winnable, and important to my lively hood, but because it hasn’t been pending long enough, their 20-30% payment wouldn’t be enough for them to help. Very disappointed. They didn’t ask for any evidence to review, only a decision letter with dates so they can see how much they’d make off me. Spread the word, Don’t waste your time with them.

i have been working with CCK Law since i was first denied by the VA after filing in Feb. of 2014. CCK has instrumental in getting all my claims approved and also some others added that i was not aware of how to apply. currently at this time i am now rated at 100% TDIU totally and permanently retroactive to the day i first applied. This would have never happened if i had been fighting the VA alone. the best decision i made was to contact CCK (suggestion from a veteran friend). CCK has always been there on my behalf and has made all the difference in my life financially via VA benefits. i whole heartedly, 100%, recommend CCK to any veteran dealing with the VA. I also give CCK any use of my name and/or contact to interested fellow veterans.

I am Army Veteran. I was contacted by this firm when I did not receive the appropriate rating for one of my medical conditions. They worked on my case to get me an increase rating. Then I had another case they worked on to get me a increased in my rating. When my dad who is also an Army Vietnam Veteran and 77 years old got 10% for his heart condition, I first did the appeal myself and he was awarded 60% so I contacted this firm and they worked tirelessly on my dad's case and now he is unemployabily at 100%. I really appreciate the dedication this firm has for their clients. They are always professional and courtesy when meeting with you. They are willing to guide you even if they unable to assist you. They are determined to get you the best results for your case and that includes providing you with options. My dad did not know what to do with this process and he was stressed out about it and at his age it is understandable but this firm assist him with patience and overwhelming care. I would recommend them to anyone especially Veterans. Thank you for helping me and my dad.

I was at 70% and I was stuck. Everything I submitted wasn’t enough. So I called around no one wanted to take my case. I called Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick explained everything to them. And they said they would take my case. They took me from 70 to 90. Then let me know they were not through. Months later I was informed. I was now 100% TDIU P&T. I know they will have to explain to most people. Kept me informed from beginning to end.I have GREAT things to say about people I never met personally:!!! Give them a try it can’t hurt.

I paid 1400 for trademark and I just got a email saying my trademark was abandoned. They are a scam!

I am a former Lance Corporal in the Marine corps I fought in the battles of Marjah and Nowzad and was hurt when my position was attacked with 107mm rockets. My brain injury progressed to the point I couldn’t work regularly in 2016. I’ve been homeless since 2018 due to the Va refusal to help me. CCHK not only lowered their fee but submitted some of the most savage arguments I’ve ever read forcing the VA to hold up their end of the deal. I can now afford somewhere to live and can’t really describe how emotional and experience this has been and how much more emotion I’m feeling at the thought of it being over finally. All thanks to CCHK. I’m not the only one the federal government is doing this to and I’m so glad CCHK exists and argues on people like me’s behalf. Semper Fi

I hired CC&K based on the reviews I read on line. It was truly a very good decision! The VA denied my initial claim so I tried again via my own route. A VA outside contractor was assigned my followup claim with a 3 minute phone interview (I documented the length of the call via Verizon billing) which was denied. The contractor was a nurse practitioner. I immediately contacted CC&K which reviewed my file and decided to take my case. Since I was over 75 my case had some priority with the VA system and it was decided in my favor. Very happy with my involvement with this firm!

I would like to thank everyone at CCK for helping me get my VA from 20% to 100%. The whole staff that helped with my case kept me informed and up to date on what was going on; they got my PTSD from 0 to 100%. For me life is to short, let the professional handle it. Thanks all of you great job.

After two years of frustrating interactions with the VA I contacted the law firm of Chisholm and Chisholm. They agreed to be my VA representative. As my representative, they clearly explained the meaning of all my VA correspondence. At decision points they clearly explained my options and I accepted their recommended actions.
