Seasons I don’t know if people understand God will bring people in our life for a season. This lady here Mrs Sims I can’t even express the love and understanding this woman has for human beings. The system will treat our loved ones like there animals. Not everyone is a bad person God just puts us in a situation to protect whatever destruction that’s ahead of us. I want to thank Mrs Sims for going in court today showed up and showed out. Just walked in 20 minutes maybe less everything dismissed. She’s a woman of her word and did exactly what she said she could do Thank you Mrs Sims your truly a blessing

I'd say... Go somewhere else. :( Normally, I would've swept this under the rug... But I was thinking about how people change over time. When I first met her in my early 20s, she was great. She helped me get out of and stay out of trouble... With her help, I changed my life for the better... I'm 40 now. However, that's the only thing good that she's assisted with. My former friend was in jail an additional 3 days because she didn't call the jail to make sure he was released. Then I attempted to contact her about it. When we finally contacted her, on a recorded call from jail, she literally called us several profane names. Had she done the work, he would've been out weeks before. She claimed that when he transferred in from another county, that SHE would get him on docket... It's an automatic process, so she made it seem like she was working... When she was on Zoom with the court, she was distracted the entire time and the judge had to call on her several times... When other people's lawyers were all physically present. (Even the public defenders showed up for their clients, but she was busy out of town, to show up for a paying client?) Anyway, I attempted to get money back from the transaction which ultimately led my bank to cancel the account because it was overdrawn for too long. I'm mostly frustrated because I had been a client of hers (who has always paid on time or early) for over 2 decades and she decides to throw away potential future business from me... She never called back or even sent any type of apology, so I decided to finally write this review.

Dan is by far the absolute best and greatest lawyer that could ever came in my life, by a dear friend, he got my grandkids home with me quicker than the over priced attorney(no name) starts with a DS. 2 YEARS AND NOTHING. Dan had everything done and ready when I walked in asked a few questions and new what he needed to do. Needless to say my grandkids are now living with me within less than 6 months after 2 years of waisted time. Dan.... Your the best I hope I never need you, but you will always have a very special place in my ❤️. My forever friends.

Dan phi was very direct and professional since the very beginning of our case. Dan Phi is dedicated and definitely not the average he will educate and properly explain your options. His communication was 100% top tier, many lawyers are hard to stay in communication with but Dan phi no matter how busy he was always made room to communicate and keep us informed. Our case was very sensitive in a nutshell it was medical kidnapping. Dan phi did not ever back down In the midst of all the corruption of the hospital and cps case workers to the judge he fought for us. I will say this now Dan phi is worth every penny ! Although the state illegally had custody of my child they never laid hands on our child all thanks to God and Dan Phi. Not to many are this fortunate please do not hesitate to hire this lawyer! He will fight for you like family and is worth every penny!
