The work he has done has been what as need from our previous attorney. This office is without a doubt who should call when you dont have a voice and you dont know what to do or where to begin. His paralegal Carla, God bless her she was always there to offer assistance when ever we needed. She kept me updated with my case and hearings. I hired Dan-Phi to represent me in a nightmare of a CPS case, and together with the attorney he recommended for my wife, we got our son back in an agreement that did not include any participation in services or a full adversary hearing. His skill, efficiency, and intimate knowledge of DFPS and the Prosecutor's office were invaluable, and beyond his working tirelessly to reach this favorable outcome, he made himself available to answer the many questions and concerns I had with the case through phone, text, and email.
