CHUCK PORTZ does not even try to listen to your situation he only understands money. Do Not waste your money on Chuck !! Will not return calls and Doesn't send you what he sends on your behalf. Do not trust him like we did especially if it has anything to do with property issues don't go to this guy. I wasted my money with Chuck Portz.

initially I have to admit I was a little skeptical, however I'm very glad I took the time to discuss with the actual attorney, Craig Pena` the details of my wife's complicated immigration situation. I interviewed no less than 12 immigration attorneys, including the "high profile & connected ". they all, except for Craig, basically said they would do the work but we should expect to lose. Craig on the other hand, did some research & called me back before offering to take the case. Craig reviewed his ideas with some peers, developed a strategy that he up front told us was a long-shot, but he would give it everything he had to win & fortunately for us, we had an honest judge and ICE prosecutor, who followed the law without making it a personal battle. It took over ten months, but we won, a case everyone said we would definitely lose, and my wife is back with our family today. The best advice for anyone seeking immigration assistance, speak with Craig, he's a good man, the people in his office care about their clients and they do everything they can to help. If you are in USA on a visa or GreenCard, you can not live in fear, however you must be aware that criminal & civil actions can & likely will impact your immigration status, especially if you leave the USA & seek to return, at which time a biometric review is conducted for any disqualifying events. If you are an immigrant, YES EVEN IF YOU HOLD "Permanent Residents Card" & find yourself in any legal situation, make sure you include discussions with a solid immigration attorney like Craig Pena` BEFORE, DURING & AFTER any discussion with law enforcement, prosecutors or courts, especially before plea agreement or conviction discussions because any local, state or federal criminal charges & perhaps even civil fines CAN be considered by ICE as Disqualifying or Aggravated Circumstances & cause your status to be revoked & you deported very quickly. EVERYTHING YOU SAY OR DO IN local, state and federal courts & law enforcement WILL BE USED in your immigration cases & can be brought back up even years down the road, like in our case returning from summer vacation years after a local plea agreement. You must consult with an immigration attorney like Craig regarding any potential impact on your visa, resident or citizenship status, do not make the mistake we did & accept the advice of non immigration lawyers!!
