Dan-Phi Nguyễn's knowledge was invaluable in helping resolve our CPS case with minimal interaction by our family. He attended the initial interview and conducted calls with CPS on our behalf without us having to be involved in anyway. He was a true professional. Once our case was resolved he returned the remaining funds in the retainer and produced a final report within one day. I recommend him highly for representation with CPS.

From the very first phone call with The lawfirm of Dan-Phi Nguyen I felt understood, and finally felt like my side of the story mattered. Every single little detail was listened to carefully by first his paralegal where she then reassured me that I had standing in my case and that they could help me. Mind you this was After hours at 8PM she listened to me cry my heart out and next set me up for a consultation. 2 days later I Met with Mr.Dan and since then it has been great. The legal advised started that very moment and the genuine care that he had for reuniting families was beyond measures. The financial understanding that they have on how stressful hiring an attorney is was also great! They work with you not only for you! My over all experience was not only great but also successful. Mr.Dan got to work IMMEDIATELY and within maybe a full 2 months my son was reunited with the family and even after that exact court hearing the communication did not stop. I was motivated to continue with full compliance of my current services and reassured that there is more to be done. Court reminders where consistent and after hour calls where never a problem. Your like family here. Never judged instead only a helping hand and caring hearts with the intentions of reunification. I honestly don’t know what I would have done with out them.

It is our strong belief that Charles "Chuck" Portz has failed to fulfill the duties that he was hired (and paid) to do. In addition, there is an abundance of evidence that the attorney's communication with us has been at least negligent, if not outright dishonest. Ultimately, we paid Chuck Portz close to $6,000 for essentially ZERO outcome in our disputes. He ignored dozens of our requests, emails, phone calls over more than two months and a half. Charles Portz charged us for filling our second case under a wrong entity. And, not advising us that we could file the case with our insurance company. He was very unprofessional handling our cases. Much of what he considered his "deliverables" were documents that we had sent him in the first place. As a proof of his work to State Bar of Texas- Client attorney assistance program, he mailed us all the documents that we had been provided to him to review- indicating that we were unaware of these documents! The undue burden of time, stress, and frustration we've endured because of this attorney has well surpassed those of the disputes we hired him to help us with in the first place. We have been fortunate to know many honest and reputable attorneys. In this case, however, our hope in writing this review is to warn others of the immense lack of care and decency shown to us in this matter by attorney Chuck Portz. It is our opinion that he should be disbarred.

Not only is Amy an extremely knowledgeable attorney but she is one of the most honest and kind person I have ever met. She truly cares about people and puts her clients best interest first. I am so glad I found this attorney and just all around awesome person!

Amy is a true professional. She took over a custody modification case that was not handled well by a previous attorney. She quickly reorganized the effort and methodically worked through the process. She was diligent and tireless in her efforts. She did a great job of counseling me through all of my questions and saw this through to the best possible conclusion. Highly recommended.

She’s extremely negligent when handling cases. She has difficulty returned calls and emails so many times the status of my case was unknown. She’s on a pay first basis so she will not do ANYTHING to help the client until paid in full. She was a real headache when I let her handle my case and I wouldn’t advise anyone to use her for council. Her communication was horrible, I had to go as far as filing a grievance with the state bar. I’m set for trial APRIL 20th 2022 & The Day After i Leave Court She Said She Pay Me Or I’m Getting Off Your Case When Told Her Was Making Payment Friday JAN 21st 2022 ! She Only WANTS YOUR MONEY ! She Stood In Front The Judge & Didn’t Say NOTHING ! I wouldn’t recommend her to ANYONE. She takes your money and moves on about her business.

To be hired last minute he put his all into our case and keep me up to date with everything that he handled.
