I woke up one day to find out I suddenly had a warrant out for my arrest for an incident that had happened six months before. I was caught completely off guard and in over my head. Hiring Belinda Ertel was the best decision I could have made and I highly recommend if you also find yourself in unfortunate circumstances to do the same. She has extensive knowledge of the law on both sides of the courtroom and that was something I desperately needed. Despite not being her only client I always felt like I was. She always took the time to make sure I understood everything that was being said in and out of the courtroom, what my options were, and the best way to proceed. Even after the court decision had been made and the ball was in my court she still left an open line for me to contact her with any concerns. Having my fate and my freedoms left to a panel of people to whom I am just another number among many has been stressful and even hopeless at times. Day one was complete turmoil. Today I have a chance to have my life back and that is due to Belinda’s knowledge, commitment , and passion for what she does. I cannot thank her enough for what she’s done for me and my family.

We hired Belinda to help us out on an aggravated assault case. After hearing our side of the story, she believed in us from day 1. We went to court twice and than pandemic hit. She kept in touch with us and kept us informed of everything that was going on durning the pandemic. After a month she got our case dismissed. She answer any and all questions that we had. She responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

I hired Belinda because my mom said she was amazingly good and I was in need of a lawyer for an agg assault with a deadly weapon charge.. Belinda worked her magic and got it dismissed within a week of going to court!! I didn’t have to do a walk through or anything. She’s a very kind and humble person, I knew she had the best interest for me in mind the entire time because she talked me through everything even if I didn’t understand, she’d explain it perfectly. I’m glad I hired her, her fees are reasonable and not outrageously priced. She gives the best services and prices in my opinion!!

Juan Guerra is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He took on my husband's very difficult case with realistic expectations, and still, he handled it with so much respect and diligence - he got the charges dropped! Ada Muñoz and Juan are the best team out there! They're intelligent, humble, honest and hard working.

Belinda is professional and personable. I was ashamed of the situation I was in that required her expertise but she handled my sensitive state with care. I would recommend her.
