One of the best defense lawyers in Houston. I highly recommend him.

This is the most trashiest lawyer (paid or not) to have on your team. This guy literally reset my case 3 times because “he hadn’t looked over my files,” THEN withdrew himself from my case when he never gave any time of notification. I even offered to pay extra cash and he still denied the work. Very very rude and not satisfied at all with his service. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER EVEN IF HES COURT APPOINTED Edit-to-reply* 05-09-2019 Good morning, my first question is why did you pick up my case if your firm doesn’t handle those types of cases ...? (When you were only working one case which was a misdemeanor) Maybe it was for the courts money for all the resets ??? Anyways, you never looked over my file once and it was a small misdemeanor. New attorney is great and I knew and told you the case could be beaten but you failed to even TRY. That’s why court appointed lawyers and nothing. ALSO, the whole profanity was because you gave off the same energy. Just because you’re a lawyer doesn’t make you any different from us humans. Get your head straight buddy, age don’t mean sh*t.

My experience with Belinda was awesome. Belinda took on my family violence misdemeanor case and got it dismissed. This was my first time I ever ran into any legal issues and I understood that this charge would heavily impact my future employment and schooling. Another factor that I had to take into consideration was financing. I did not have the sources to pay for expensive representation however, Belinda was able to ease all my concerns by placing me on a payment plan and her representation is very affordable. Because Belinda is a compassionate person, her interest is not the money; her interest is fighting for you to get your case dismissed. She will investigate your case thoroughly and inform you of all the options that are available. She will tell you like it is and not sugarcoat anything. She and Alan Macias fought for me for an entire year in a difficult county (Brazoria). Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would highly recommend Belinda.

The first time we met in court after I hired her, she fought for me like we had known each other when my case first started, she really helped me a lot and tried everything she could to resolve the case and she did, I defiantly recommend her to anyone going through any lawful problems.

The results were as expected. Mr. Macias is very knowledgeable, and in my fiancee case his hard work ensured a more than favorable result with charges being dismissed. I personally could not be happier that Mr. Macias represented my fiancee! I highly recommend anyone having legal problems to give him a try.
