To the Law Office of MARC WHITEHEAD & ASSOCIATES, my contact person, Yilian Martinez, has done an exceptional job assisting me every step of the way for this case. There was never a time that we got off the phone, and I didn't understand what to do; I truly appreciate how helpful, patient, and kind she has been, she's also very professional. Thank for being the go to person that i needed to get the job done.

I contacted Marc Whitehead for my initial SSDI claim as I wanted to do it right the 1st time. Kimberly Warren and Barbara Milan reached out to me initially and made the process smooth. After 2 denials we went to the ALJ level and I worked with Erica Wilson who was GREAT, I doubt I would have been able to do 1/2 of the work she helped me with. I am very pleased with the work they did for my eventual approval!

Save yourselves from this law firm! 1. The initial application process was screwed up from the beginning. I had to contact them multiple times, in which they never respond back, about how it has been three months before we even got the initial application off the ground. 2. I went through the whole process of my claim, twelve months, and was approved. However, they had no clue! that I was approved until I sent them an email a month later. lol 3. They try to put the blame on SSA. I had to do all the paper work. Medical records, function report, employment history... all of it. DDS in Austin stated that they have not received anything from this law firm. I tried to contact them, the law firm, but as usual they never respond. EVER!!! So... I decided to do all the work without them. 4. It's not done yet with me! I have contacted SSA Internal Investigation Office and told them about the law firm. They are going to investigate them. I have also contact Congressman Plfuger to tell him about what had happened. They both are going to get all the conversation messages I had with them. 5. They will tell they care and that they are working diligently. However, I did the whole process without them and they had no clue that I did it and won. 6. I have over 400,000 reviewers on Google Reviews, I hope I can save at least one disabled individual from this nightmare. And Lastly...... They will get the chance to respond to my review. They will try to cover all of what I said under their rug and move on to the next sucker. You have been warned! Move on to other law firms and do your research on them.

I would like to say that Selena Valdez and Yilian Martinez have been very polite and extremely helpful in my case. Every turn of the procedure was responded to quickly and made me feel I was going to receive my just reward.

I would give this firm negative stars if I could. They start off by promising they will be there each step of the way. LIES! Once they do the intake, good luck getting in touch with a live person that actually knows what is going on. I waited months just to speak with the actual attorney because they would schedule meetings and then no show, with no communication, and then they were never available to answer legal questions pertaining to contact with my employer, pressure to return to work, or explaining the process. I called and sent numerous emails to try to resolve issues, but again, no one ever communicated within the firm. I finally sent an email saying I wanted to fire them and they are still contacting me, my doctors and my employer. I had my accident in July and they still have no clue what's going on. This is by far the worst attorney experience and a joke. People are already going through a rough time and they just add misery to the experience. RUN FROM THIS LAW FIRM!

The marc Whitehead team Erica Wilson, Britney McDonald, Steven Rivera, and Kimberly Warren took awesome care of me through all facets of my case. They took over after I was repeatedly denied and at the end of my rope. I am a totally and permanently disabled veteran and could no longer maintain employment.
