Marc Whitehead and Associates did a fantastic job on my SSDI claim. They were organized and kept me informed of important issues. Everyone who worked on my approved disabilty claim should be rewarded. I would especially like to thank attorney Selena Valdez who kept me from rambling on with my answers, she was a good verbal wrangler. I also want to thank Crystal Perez, who was well organized and answered my questions. Marc Whitehead and Associates succeeded where other attorneys had failed. They were easy to work with and I'm beyond happy with my experience with them. John

My attorney, Selina, was like a surgeon's scalpel in her precise methods of preparation, fact finding and structuring a dispute to my VA claim decision. I initially went through the DAV for a claim related to burn barrel exposure. The VA summarily denied service connection for sinusitis and denied disability for allergic rhinitis. It was clear that I needed professional legal help to navigate the VA's juggernaut of process machinations and incongruity of policy adherence. I chose Marc Whitehead and Associates primarily because of the professional nature of the administration team and thoroughness of sifting through the facts during our mutual interview process. My primary contact was Yilian for all matters administrative. She was ALWAYS prompt, professional and courteous whenever we corresponded. Never once did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. They have a very established playbook at Marc Whitehead and it was executed with polished precision. The VA capitulated to their negative responses and came back with a highly favorable award for both sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. Further, my legal team was most impressive even after the VA made their decision on my dispute. In fact, the VA made a mistake with the Effective Date on my award. But Selina, my attorney, was eager to right this slight from the VA and applied for a Higher-Level Review. I just can't say enough good things about Selina and Yilian. If you need legal assistance with your VA claim, get your facts together, organize your paperwork, and give the professionals at Marc Whitehead and Associates a call.

Fully favorable! The SSDI process is long & emotional & without Chris Stevenson answering all my questions & concerns weekly, I probably would hsve given up. Anthony vessel was patient & clear on instruction & education with me about he process, the expectations, & the challenges.

I was in full panic mode & overwhelmed by the SSDI application & appeals process but they handled all the paperwork & communication & logistics for me. I think I emailed the office at minimum once a week for 5 months. & I was answered in a timely, respectful & helpful manner each time.

I started my disability filing journey alone and in intense pain when I filed myself in 2021 as a last resort. Things got worse after and in 2022 I needed a cervical spine fusion surgery to prevent me from losing bodily functions. The pain was still there after the fusion and it got worse over time. I amended my disability filing but was denied. I had no idea what I was doing on my disability filings though and because of pain meds, chronic pain, and depression I was having a hard time getting anything done. I sought the help of a disability attorney and Marc Whitehead and Associates took my case. They helped me appeal, file paperwork, get doctor records, and went to trail with me to get approved for disability in late 2023. They have a great team of case workers and attorneys that kept me up to date on everything in the process. During the trail they ensured I had the right medical records as evidence and forms were filled out correctly with the right legal terminology. If you have a disabling condition that is getting worse you need to do two things for success. 1. Go to your doctors for medical help (with second opinions) 2. Contact Marc Whitehead and Associates so you can do things right

This is meant to be an honest interpretation of my experience utilizing this lawfirm for my SSDI claim. Silver-tongue's. Thats what these guys are. They speak professionally and eloquently. They make attempts to be courteous. But they absolutely do not know how to represent their clients. My representations name was Chris Stevenson. I had multiple discussions with them over all of my disabilities. Being that I am rated 100% P&T through the VA already, I had all of the documentation organized and ready to present my case even with past work references. Long story short, my hearing was in November of last year and my attorney was abhorrently late to the hearing! Leaving me without representation blatantly disrespecting myself and the judge and wasting our time. I was respectful to the attorney, however it is unbelievable that an attorney would use any excuse beyond life and limb to be late to a vital hearing. He didn't even take hardly any opportunity to actually represent me during the hearing either, he was quiet for the majority of it.. Do not waste months of your life like I did waiting on these guys to not do their job. Update (25 Jan 2024) I find it interesting that the office responded so quickly when throughout this process I waited days even weeks to speak to someone. That is telling. The attorney was late and even he mentioned it regardless if the ssdi did the reaching out. Point is he could not be reached and left us all waiting. It was unprofessional and even he mentioned this to me. Stop trying to defend how little you all actually did for me. Because I was not represented. Period. It was all a joke and a waste of time. Whatever you want to speak about..you can do it so everyone can read as well. Rather I won't waste my time calling again just to speak to what amounts to a call center relaying me to a voice-mail. Go find better representation yall.
