I do not recommend this firm, especially if you are a disabled veteran. From the beginning I did not feel like I received the respect or the proper attention that my case required. Throughout my entire case I spoke with my attorney a total of 4 times over the course of a year and a half. Each conversation was very brief with basically no consultation or discussion on how to add value to my case. Furthermore there were multiple changes with representation throughout my case. Each attorney was less professional than the last and all lacked communication skills. I often felt like they were overwhelmed or frustrated with their caseload. Additionally, my assigned attorney missed what I felt was a critical hearing. She gave no explanation or apology, she just went on about it like it was normal. In the mean time my hearing was rescheduled four months later adding stress and uncertainty to my situation. This attorney did nothing to prepare me for the case nor did she add any value at the hearing. She just showed up. My opinion is that you will not receive adequate representation with this firm. I did not feel encouraged because of their lack of professionalism and their unwillingness to fully engage with their clients. Please seek more professional representation.

Edit to respond to the reply: your attorney called and opened the call with "I have 5 minutes and then have an external appointment" and was completely unprepared to provide answers (this was the reason a second call was requested, but your team never actually scheduled the requested, just simply ghosted). Along with leaving this review, I also reached out to your firm via phone and requested an explanation. I am still waiting for return communication from that phone call... Contacted this organization quite some time ago about a possible disability insurance claim and have never met a more incompetent or unprofessional law firm. Literally requested 10 minutes to ask a few questions about the paperwork they sent across once they told me they were interested in litigating my case and the assigned attorney couldn't be bothered to send a formal meeting invite or respect the time slot that was provided. After several no calls/no shows from their attorneys, one of their paralegals reached out and asked why I hadn't yet signed the paperwork to which I explained to her, "because no one has answered my questions yet" and she stated she would follow up with the attorneys to establish a time to meet. After no communication for over a month, just received a denial email this morning. AVOID!!

I greatly appreciate the law firm of Marc Whitehead and Associates, especially Barbara Milan. She filed my brother’s disability claim with Social Security four months ago. She gathered all the facts from myself and my sister to present my brother’s case to Social Security. Additionally, Barbara addressed any issues that came up later with his claim and Social Security. I handled all of my debates regarding my disability. I reached the point where I could no longer gain any ground. I searched for months looking to identify someone who could represent me going forward on my open issues. I had four legal firms refuse to represent me regarding my outstanding issues. I kept searching and found Marc Whitehead & Associates. They were great! they responded quickly and were ready to go to work for me. The way they communicated with me and kept me informed of every move they were making was superb. If I needed further help in the future I would not even check with someone else. This firm is the best and I can't say thank you enough for a job very well done.

I wil, not used this lawyer in my life ,this is the second time they denial my case again first denial with this lawyer Marc whitehead yesterday they denial again 2 years old lost ,they dont update you,i email they dont reply and they dont help you to move the case fast the one who handle my case sara lorai i dont recommend her at all she never updated you ,and no answer at all. The app and never call.i have to call or email And text and they are not doing there job,why its the purpose of to have a lawyer they dont do nothing update to answer here ,it's supposed to yes answer any questions that the client needs and don't left the clients with no update and yes it's a compromise to be in communication it's not okay left the clients many years like nothing happens with not enough answers and yes the lawyer it's supposed to help for the case the more it's could do not ti wait being denial twice for two years like nothing happens,i will not recommend this buffet of lawyers by the way if you see the reviews many have the same issues that I have it's alots in your manys locations
