The process was long for my particular case, but they never gave up; which in turn gave me some hope, even after having received previous denials and having to have a hearing. Said my mother's case for disability was to complicated, she has cancer and several other body hurting disabilities. Don't rely on these money hungry monsters to fight for you. If they see no profit they will not help you. Fund another person to fight for you. They won't even fight for those who are truly disabled, why waste time with them? Reading others complaints, they refuse to help military vets and others in my mother's situations, find a real lawyer firm these guys are a true scam.

At first they seamed liked the firm to go with. The web site has all of the great marketing bells & whistles, webinars all what seams to be a great firm but unfortunately the firm lacks transparency as they are not will to be open with clients which is where they fail. They are also difficult to get ahold of having to leave mutiple messages waiting days to week for a response. Now that I have allot of experience with good and bad attorneys ** I promise you selecting a firm that provides quick client communication is essential along with being transparent, without hiding or withholding information.**

Well it’s true this law firm lacks communication with their clients. Yes I’m currently working with this firm and by their time line things are not going well. It’s starting to seem as if this firm prolongs the process. Making the process more difficult, I’ll keep everyone updated weekly. In my first review I was optimistic let’s see how this plays out.

After a 2years struggle and 2 denials form SSDI, the firm Marc Whitehead & Assoc. was executing my case proficiently and instrumental, A total success and receiving my overall final approval.
