I want to take the time to thank Marc Whitehead & Associates, particularly my case manager, Yilian Martinez for the outstanding results concerning my VA case. After several years and two denials from the VA concerning my back pain, Marc Whitehead & Associates was able to get me a favorable results. Yilian was very helpful and kept me appraised of the process all the way. She ensured all the paperwork was completed, submitted in a timely manner and was genuinely concern with my case.. Do not use them. My reconsideration has been sitting at SSDI since December. I never received the paperwork from the original claim till weeks after it was due which is why it was denied in the first place.I have reached out several times to the attorneys office regarding updated medical issues and trying to speak with someone is impossible. Had they contacted me when I called them trying to give an updated address and medical information this would’ve never happened! They seem to have high turn over with staff and have zero follow up. This process has been difficult to go through in itself and to put trust in a law firm with your personal medical issues and then to be ignored and treated like you don’t exist isn’t ok. Having compassion for people with disabilities and fighting for their rights that they paid into should be the driving force to help people not just making money at the end of their claim. I pray no one has to suffer medical issues and be at the mercy of a careless law firm.

Kimberly has still continued to help the last few months even though my case was over in getting my backpay from ssa. She is an amazing human and I was so very blessed to have her in my corner! UPDATE 06/11/24 Even though my case have been APPROVED and done with over a year ago. If I have any questions regarding SSDI regs or updates to policies etc Kimberly is ALWAYS here to help me. Of all the firms we contacted to help with our disability application, Marc Whitehead & Assoc was by far the best. They have been very responsive, patient, and empathetic. Well because of this Law Firm I got a 50% rating after being denied 3 times i was dealing with them since 2014 and got approved 2020 its been a long road but thats not it thanks to this law firm I a year later got a 100% rating after that with no back pay but Marc Whitehead and associates got me my back pay which I thought wasn't even possible all the way back from 2015 ...... Veterans dont give up because its tough it will pay off in a long run ...due to my evidence and everything i thought i would never get approved so ill say if they are willing to take your case then there's a great chance that you will get it dealing with this law firm .... im so thankful for you guys. i feel like i owe you a lot Thanks again. I was denied by the VA, but Shelby and her team won my appeal, and were able to get me 100% VA Disability. I honestly thought it would take longer since I have been battling with the VA since 2014. Shelby was always courteous and professional regardless of my sometimes stubborn, impatient, and hard to deal with attitude. I apologize for that Shelby, and once a gain, thank you.
