I was given outstanding information to understand how claims are processed and determined. I had access to the claim status via an mobile app, and also the staff kept him informed of changes. Beginning to be a client requesting SS Disability with Marc Whitehead and Assoc is easy, everyone is pretty quick to respond. The intake person, Kimberly Warren asked me to download an app called Case Status, which I did on 05/23/23. It seemed a simple way to ask questions. I received a two letters from my local SS office, I responded to them and also asked for guidance from my case manager, Bailey Ingram, both via voicemail and via the Case Status app beginning 05/25/23 and 05/31/23. I received a response on 06/02/23 that Bailey had tried to call the local ss office and left a message, and that Bailey would get back to me. I sent another app message on 06/06/23 as I'd received another letter from SS saying they would deny my claim if they didn't get information on my health. I know I provided all of that information, including my doctors and contact info. I continued to reach out via voicemail and app 06/07/23, 06/21/23, 06/29/23. I have not heard from anyone at Marc Whitehead and Assoc and my disability claim has been denied. I will have to start the process over with another law firm as soon as I dissolve the contract with this one.

Update: If I could rate with zero (0) stars, I would. Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They never update you on your case, ignore your calls and emails, and hang up on you when you call. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would never use them again. They seemed great from the start so I really believed in the reviews online. I entrusted two claims with them. However, once I was a client, communication became less and less. Then one of my claims was denied, and I found out they left critical information out! I contacted them about this issue and got no response. Now, I'm stuck trying to fend for myself afterwards, and I have no status at all about my other case as well. I would not recommend this firm.

They won my case against the va but I never heard from them after trying multiple times to reach them. Just felt fishy but I'm glad that it's over. A simple phone call or email about what happened would have been nice vs take the money and run.

I have been with them for months now. Not a good decision on my part. They are not responsive at all. My point is I could just wait on my own for months or however how long it takes and not pay anyone. They talk a good game. That's it!

They'll only appeal decisions less than a year old and won't touch TDIU, not really a veteran friendly place but a greedy law office like most
