I cannot give David Breston 10 stars on here but I would. He was patient with me and diligent with his representation. His office is very helpful and understanding. David you are the best! If you find yourself in need of an attorney make David Breston your first call.

Excellent lawyer I will definitely recommend

David is a fabulous attorney. I am a lawyer myself and I was very thankful for his quick grasp of my case and determined, swiftly succesful efforts to dispose of it in my favor. I had an excellent attorney before him but I could not with that counsel get the prosecutors to take an honest look at the case. David is clearly well-respected by his peers. The prosecutors and the court were immediately responsive to him. I was really in a heep of trouble and honestly despaired of ever getting out of it but I was reassured of my position, thankful I had not taken a deal under my previous attorney, and within a couple months David convinced prosecutors to drop the case. Thank you David! Highly recommend.

Great service easy and very dependable I had no worries

This hands down is the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding. His name holds weight in the court rooms so if you're looking look no further this right here is the GUY! A case that should have taken a year or longer got dismissed in under 6 months that's just my experience but overall Mr. Breston is a cool dude.

Since we first came with Mr. Breston he took action right away. From lowering the bail bond (250k) to just having to pay 2,500. Representing and defending my grandfather in court, then filling a motion to quash and set aside the charges/case. Which got granted by the judge. On this very difficult and confusing case that not many would’ve taken action or know how to handle it, Mr. Breston gave it his all and won. Thanks to him my grandfather is a free innocent man. (All under a year, may I add)
