Hands down David is my go to he gone get it and get it gone ‼️

I don't know where to start. David is an amazing lawyer and every case is different. I can only talk about my personal experience with our messed up judicial system. Not everyone charged is guilty and David knows this. My situation was handled very professionally. I was facing 10 years and ended up with 6 months of probation. From the very start I had confidence in David. I highly recommend David Breston and his firm. Both David and his amazing staff have kept me calm, sane and gave me confidence from the beginning.

I am very grateful and honored to have David Breston as my attorney. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable individual. He won my ALR case and had my DWI case dismissed and I was able to keep my CDL license and my job. David Breston and his law firm were exactly what I needed help me with the charges I was facing and took care of everything. Let my just say I never leave a review for anything, good or bad. This situation has been some what a miracle, so I have to share and give a shout out to THE MAN W/ THE PLAN!! David Breston is FREAKING AWESOME!!!! A family member of mine HAD 8 pending Charges. Very serious charges!! He was able to avoid trail and reduce the 8 pending charges to 1 charge. Mr. Breston exceeded all of our expectations. The family member I am speaking of will be home within 7 months. If David didn't step in when he did, he would have been facing at least 15 yrs. Before finding Mr.Breston, we were struggling to find good help. I'm am so so so happy we came across David. GOD knows!! We will forever be grateful for his services.
