Jessica has always been helpful to me during this process of negotiation with a creditor that I had. She’s always helpful and able to answer questions about the process. I really appreciate Weston Legal for what they’ve done to help me.

My situation: I had a high balance get accelerated (100% due). I had gotten myself to a place where I could make payments over time again, but not to a place where I could pay it all off at once. I'm an introvert with anxiety; there was no way I was going to do well representing myself in a credit card suit. Without Weston Legal, I probably would have just curled up and forfeited and let my life get demolished, as the less scary option. I was most enticed by their flat fee (and payment plan option); that told me they've done this enough they've got it down to a system. They got information from me as necessary, and then They Handled It. For me, coming away from the judgment in less debt (adding up the settlement amount and their fee) was secondary to the fact that They Handled It.
