I felt like I was being represented by a young person with minor experience than a lawyer. I walked out of this feeling this firm did absolutely nothing to protect me against a zombie debt. I also walked out of this feeling like even though there are laws to protect you against such cases, nothing was done in light of that. Why the need to pay a lawyer to help you if you go through the whole ordeal and feel like they're doing nothing to protect your interest in the end?

Weston Legal literally came to my rescue after my checking account had been garnished for a very old debt. I was frantic, but after speaking to Jessica she totally put my mind at ease and gave me a lot of useful information. She was able to get them to take the levy off my account within a short amount of time. She was also able to get them to settle for a reasonable amount. Much less than they had originally asked for! I would definitely recommend Weston Legal to anyone who is in the same situation.

Several years back our son (15 years old) got sick - really sick and we ended up defaulting on a ridiculous amount of money to various creditors. Casey at Weston Legal has helped us out in a huge way and more than once. One example - (and there are more I promise you that) Conn's sued me and Casey was able to get the entire thing dismissed due to that hardship we faced. Due to his constant communication, personable nature and ability to use plain language when he communicates I actually ended up calling him on a separate issue a couple of days back and chances are we will be using him for this new issue. When this happens again (as we still aren't completely out of the woods) - I will be a repeat customer and the sole reason is because Weston Legal made an excellent choice in hiring this guy.
