My experience with Weston Legal was excellent. If you need help with creditors, they are for you. My case was resolved and had a better outcome than I expected. The legal team, with the help of Robert DeSiqueira, lead case manager, was very patient and always took the time to let us understand the process that was going to happen before closing the case and going over everything. Weston Legal never once treated us as anything other than a valuable clients. I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received throughout the process. This law firm is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this firm.

Was attempted service by Midland Credit and hired Weston Legal before I was ever formally served. Knowing that they would not get a summary judgment and Weston Legal was representing me and protecting my legal rights is something I believe played a pivotal role in Midland Credit dismissing the case. Weston Legal was there for me from day1 and Midland Credit wasn't able to just bully me in court. If you are sued get representation and fight back. Weston Legal is your best bet with flat fees and flexible payment arrangements. Please purchase a little piece of mind and watch Midland do a double take because the little guy fought back for once.

I’m updating my review. I’m highly disappointed in Jessica’s service. I hired Weston Legal with the intention of having my debt handled to get an account settled and paid off. But it seems I hired Weston to represent the debt collector and not me. Once Weston’s legal fees were paid off, service has gone tremendously down hill. I have emailed Jessica on multiple occasions asking the same questions without receiving the proper responses or having my questions go unanswered at all. She has been of no help lately, and I have not only wasted money paying them but I’ve wasted money on a settlement that I can’t get information or clarification on.

Hands down the best team ever. They handled my legal matter in a timely fashion. They were responsive to all my emails and kept me in the loop the entire way. Courtney Baumbach is the greatest. She made me feel as though she was handling an issue for a family member with her thoughtfulness and speed. I would definitely recommend her and the Weston Legal team to anyone!!!!

Its amazing how great this law firm was to deal with. as many people know bankruptcies are embarrassing, and heartbreaking. The whole process happened to me during an extremely difficult time in my life. Jessica walked me through step by step, and even pushed, in a kind way, when I would procrastinate. She was always very responsive, knowledgeable, and upbeat. Anytime I called, she either answered right away, or responded promptly and gave me answers to my questions, which gave me the reassurance that everything would be OK.
