I asked for help they never returned my call

I had been sued by a person claiming to be the owner of a property of mine that they were renting from me I contacted kent and he acted very Profesional since the first moment and answer every question I had he is very patient and Profesional. Im very happy with the results and now I'm hiring him on a new case

Had a commercial lease issue and Kent was very helpful and informative. There was communication throughout the entire process and every step was outlined in advance. He listened well to my concerns and adjusted his responses to the other party accordingly. He was extremely knowledgeable about this particular issue and filled me in on the topic with both facts and his opinions on the matter. The firm's pricing and services are upfront and honest. They let you know exactly what they will do and how much it will cost In the end, the matter was settled without having to litigate. I am very happy with the final result. Couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to the issue. Great guy and firm. Would use them again (but hopefully I won't need an attorney again!).

Two days ago I spoke to Kent about my legal problem and he was very professional,knowledgeable and what I aprechiated the most patient with explaining details in law language and then translating it to common language so I can understand the details. He made sure to check if I understood everything,and when I confirmed,he was kind enough to help me make a plan for steps I should make next. Even though the conversation was somewhat short and he could only help so much as i didnt have the case at the time,I received best advise for my situation and felt accommodated as he did not imply any rush or lack of interest. I hope I resolve this issue,and if I was to have another question or a situation, I would 100% go to Motamedi law firm and ask for Kent. I very much aprechiate everything that was done for me and with that I highly recommend this law firm!

I scheduled an appointment to ask for advice on one thing, and got an extremely abrasive lawyer who was LATE for the appointment trying to tell me facts I’ve already gone over in a separate case where I’ve been told the facts by a district attorney for the DoJ in Washington DC are incorrect. I didn’t call to ask for advice on that, I ask one question, and he essentially demanded to know the facts of my ongoing case. I’ve dealt with several lawyers before for several different reasons and I have NEVER spoken to one so abrasive and argumentative. I see why your consults are free. Reply to owner: It absolutely ISN’T unfair to form my own opinion based on the consultation I received. If there was a miscommunication, it was because I was repeatedly cut off and not allowed to speak. So not only was your tone abrasive, and you were rude by continuously cutting me off and telling me I was wrong before I even finished speaking, you’re going to tell me my opinion’s “unfair” and “inaccurate”? That’s insane. I definitely won’t be scheduling an addition consultation with you.

All the other lawyers I spoke to were just looking to get my money... Kent gave me the best advice in 5 minutes... Says alot about him thank you.
