I was extremely fortunate to have found Mr. Motamedi and his firm to represent me in a small matter, but one with outsize importance. From the start, the intake process is very efficient, and the office administration is seamless for the client. But the single-most important aspect of the firm’s approach to its clients, is taking the “whole client” perspective, and evaluating the matter from a macro view of what best achieves the client’s needs and objectives. I would enthusiastically retain Mr. Motamedi's firm for any legal need.

I was facing eviction court because my son had a small argument with one of the neighbors. I called Kent Motamedi and he straightened everything out. I needed to evict my tenant who’s defaulted the lease agreement. It was a very stressful tenant to deal with but having Kent represent me made everything go by with lot less stress as they took care of the process from vacate notice to writ of possession filed. Great firm. I had a great experience with Kent and staff. The process was smooth and professional. I’d recommend this firm to anyone. As soon as Kent heard my voice, he sighed.
NO, I do not have a Valley Girl tone nor an international accent.
YES, I have a REAL LEGAL issue.
During my supposed consultation, Kent insinuated that I do not know how to read a contract and I do not understand the ramifications of my case. He has no patience for HUMANS who do not sound the way he wants them too. I presume his motto "those whom you trust" only applies to a minute group of people that do not sound like me.
Vocal profiling is a reality!

I did the “express consultation” and the lawyer I spoke to was great! He really took the time to listen to my issue, gave me plenty advice, and I didn’t feel rushed.He gave me realistic expectations and gave me recommendations. I hopefully won’t need legal advice again but if I do I’ll definitely be back.
