He took the time at each step of the process (every time we spoke) to explain all of the complexities of the case clearly and succinctly so that we always understood what was going on and what our options were. He was always upfront and considerate about cost throughout the entire case (which is extremely rare). I have the utmost respect and gratitude for Kent Motamedi and his team; he fought so hard and aggressively for more than a year for my family, consistently reached out to me at every step, and EVEN waived some of the costs. Consultation was swift. I found this attorney very short and curt. It was off putting. Not what I expected.

Booked a free 15 minute phone consultation using the booking program on the website and my appointment was not honored. I had to reach out to them to find out why I didn’t receive a call. They offered to reschedule. I gave them my preference on rescheduling and reiterated my phone number. Haven’t heard a thing since. Since my issue is time-sensitive, this is very disappointing.

Kent was super thorough and very diligent. He knows the real estate law very well. He is very professional and helpful, never pushy. I spoke to a few lawyers before I called Kent, and it was a world of difference when I spoke to Kent. He spent a good amount of time listening and ensuring he will be able to represent me. Atty. Motamedi handled our eviction case due to tenant’s breach of contract. I tried Contacting some lawyers but he was the only one who called us promptly. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He kept me posted with the progress of our case, and we successfully evicted our tenant. We were happy that we got back our house.

Hello everyone, please do not use this lawyer as he does not know what he is doing and will charge you money for a case he never plans to take in the first place. This lawyers is one of those you hear about on t.v and the news that takes all your money on purpose to just get rich and does not care about his clients. After I provided this Kent with all the information he asked for to make my case, he went back on his word and said that he wouldn't take the case after he took my money to start the whole process. I have since then talked to other lawyers that took my case and it has been the easiest case they have had with all the evidence I provided. DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR GIVE HIM ANY MONEY! Edit 1 - I have reached out to his firm to work this out and he pretty much blew me off very nicely. This lawyer did not reach out to me to work on addressing the situation, I reached out to his firm asking for help and he said he would if I provided him my evidence and paid him 500$ upfront so he can start the process. Then made a lot of excuses as to why he would not take the case after I paid him saying the case was too hard....while other lawyers took my case in a heart beat and took care of my situation swiftly.
