Michelle Chong was so helpful in answering any questions I had, was very kind in her responses and helpful to me in understanding the process.

Khadijah McNeil is one of the best; She endured an hour long conversation with me and all of my questions... She is very knowledgeable, very helpful and has a kind voice and tone. Customer service/support should be using her as an example for how customers should be treated. As a new customer. I am looking forward to using legalease. If any of the other members are a fraction of Khadijah's skills, I would still be getting incredible service.

Have been a member for almost a year. Reached out to get an attorney for house damage by a driver. Multiple hurdles with "matching" attorney. Final verdict from them was to contact my home owner insurance first. Per customer service Rep- Rick Torres (extremely rude and condescending), this is a secondary insurance and not a legal plan. I asked him to clarify if this is really an "insurance". He firmly stated yes! Then, he started to give me wrong legal advise without any legal qualification. Had to talk to his supervisor who was helpful. I will be waiting to match attorney- waiting for 25 days just for a simple consultation. I have to weigh in if worth to renew plan or not. Also they do not help if you are a plaintiff only cover if you are defendant- good thing to know if you are planning to sign up through your employer.
