I have been a member for 10+ years. First experience 2 years ago was awesome. Grandparent/Grandchild custody case, fully covered and flawless case. I needed an attorney for same case just full custody, now I am only entitled to 25%off or miscellaneous benefit of 10 hours. I am on my third try to match me. I will not be renewing my coverage in the new enrollment period for 2025. I would advise everyone considering getting coverage to save your money or find a different company.

I have this coverage that I signed up with through my employer. It gets deducted from my check weekly. I have had to call them on several occasions to help me with very important matters. Yes the customer service staff who take the calls, get the details and then “match” you with an attorney are all very helpful. My cases have yet had either lawyer assigned to them do anything! Not even return my calls. This is a scam if you ask me. If there is anyone out there who has actually had a lawyer handle their case please speak up. I doubt there is anyone they have actually represented.

Carlos Goicochea may be the most wonderful person I have ever met, although it be by phone. Very respectful. Very helpful. Very informative. Why is this man an employee and not the boss? I can't say enough good things about this fella. Thank you very much Carlos!

Will not go into case details but One and done. My company switched from HyattLegal to this company. Canceled my company plan first chance I got. I'm now being invited to their portability plan at dange company rate. Not happening!

I get coverage through my employer. I knew nothing about this service, so I called and I was able to talk to Jamual. Jamal was very patient and he explained all these benefits to me and gave me all the resources I need to get legal service whenever necessary. He is great
