I contacted Legal Ease and had a terrible experience trying to locate an attorney. Legal Ease advised me I would receive an email with the attorney information within 1-3 business days and never received anything. I found my own attorney with utilizing the Legal Ease website after researching who handles contracts. Unfortunately, the website had incorrect information for the type of practice and now I'm back to the beginning. Very frustrating. I never had issues when I had ARAG Legal insurance.

Michelle Chong spoke clearly, concisely and respectfully while following through with my legal intake requests. She was able to get three separate tasks completed in a timely fashion, all in one phone call. Maximum efficiency and professionalism.
