I am a retired attorney. I don't know how this Legalease company got my name, but they keep sending me referrals. I've tried to get them to stop and take me off their list, but with no response. it seems deceptive to consumers to refer they to attorneys not in their supposed "plan". I've never accepted a case from this group, and frankly, can't imagine any attorney accepting a case at the rates they propose. I'm very suspicious about this group.

I called with a lot of questions since I had just enrolled through my company, and Sarah was able to answer all of them. She took the time to explain the plan to me and what was covered. She accessed the network to see if my lawyer was participating and did all of this in a very pleasant and professional manner. They say first impressions are important, and Sarah gave me an excellent first impression of LegalEase. **UPDATE** I opened a case for an out of network lawyer that I used to update my mom's affairs after my dad passed. The paperwork was straightforward and clear on what was needed to process the claim. My lawyer filled out their part of the forms, which probably took the longest amount of time. Once submitted to Legal Ease, they had my benefit processed within a month. If I had questions, they were able to answer and also good about keeping me up to date via email.
