I had a complicated and unique situation between LegalEase and an attorney I was matched with. When I called LegalEase today, I had the pleasure of having Amina answer the phone. She was BEYOND patient, understanding, kind and helpful. She listened to my long-winded story and went out of her way to help me solve the issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH, AMINA!!!!!!

Sarah was so patient and kind in explaining this newly offered benefit through my employer. She was knowledgeable and pleasant through the whole call.

I wish I could give lower rating than 1 star. This company seems like doing fraud, telling lies, and not keeping on their own promises multiple time. I have legalEase insurance plan via my spouse's employer and I needed legal assistance regarding a traffic ticket matter. Initially they promised they will match an attorney within 3-5 business days, but after several followups and escalation from myside, they ended up matching me wrong attorney after 6 weeks, I called the attorney 2 times and they said they have not received case benefits information from legalEase. Then later legalEase support member told that attorney wont take my case for some reason - wth. Why did they even match in first place if attorney decided not to take up the case? Where is the flaw in the process? After last fiasco, again they have been false promising to match me to another attorney for last 1 week, but I don't think thats gonna happen with court date coming so close within 2 weeks. The worst part is they always give false promises which they can't keep up with or even communicate you back properly. You always have to followup with within 3-4 days and they promise to escalate, otherwise there is no-one looking at your case. It's total waste of time and money. Please avoid it like plague. We are doing our part by not renewing their insurance plan from next year onwards.

Nice experience! I called with questions regarding my benefit and spoke to Thomas who was able to answer my questions thoroughly and explain the process in a way that made it easier to understand. It was nice to talk to an actual person as well instead of a robot.

I was not sure about the plan coverage and called the helpline. Sarah Davidson was the one answered and wow, how nice and helpful she was!
