I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called LegalEASE, but to my surprise I felt immediately at EASE, and comfortable after talking with Sarah. I signed up with LegalEASE through my company and like so much today it’s one more thing on my plate that I needed to get done, but based on my first impressions I feel confident that my decision to use their service is the right one for me. Sarah from LegalEASE was absolutely fantastic. I was a first time user of the service and she took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns, and took the time to explain everything without trying to rush me, despite me calling on a Friday afternoon. If the attorney I get matched up with will be as pleasant to deal with as Sarah, I will be one happy customer.

Thomas Flannery has been great to work with. Divorce is a stressful situation for everyone, but he took the stress off of trying to find an attorney that fits my needs. His response time was greatly appreciated, he emailed me also immediately every time and took time to send me valuable information each email. I've had two issues that I had legalease help me with and both times I worked with Sarah Davidson. I could not be happier with her professionalism and dedication to her job. She was more than helpful and followed up with phone calls and emails to be sure everything went well. When a week long blizzard shut down my state last week she followed up with a phone call when I couldn't contact the attorney because they were closed. In this day and age she is definitely the exception not the rule when it comes to customer service. Great job Sarah.

One star is overrated for Legal Ease. I have a consumer protection claim and I wanted Legal Ease to help. The New York Post is publishing an article about the company I am going to take to court. I have pages of texts, websites, and communications with the questionable business. This is a slam dunk. I called Legal Ease and got a lawyer. The first lawyer ghosted me. After a couple of months I reengage Legal Ease. Legal Ease sent me the name and number for another lawyer. When I called that lawyer I was told they waved off Legal Ease once before (they had a full case load) and they still cannot take my case. Does Legal Ease realize there is such a thing as statue of limitations? There is time sensitivity. I bought into Legal Ease through my HR Department and benefit package. My HR department didn’t have any problem cancelling my 2023 benefits with Legal Ease after hearing my story. I am asking for a full refund of my premiums for 2022. They can send a check to my home address. They know who I am. Now you know to pick up a phone book for a lawyer instead of dropping down cash every month.
