GREAT EXPERIENCE! I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Moniquea Pettway of legal ease. I had some important legal matters that had come up recently and I needed some legal advice. Moniquea was all over it. When I was unable to get through to the attorney's office she connected with them ,notifying them that I was trying to get in touch. The attorney contacted me immediately. The attorney was Debra Scott who was also very knowledgeable and engaged. The perfect lawyer for what I needed. I can tell by the way it all went down, that Moniquea was extremely engaged to my needs and proactive in removing any obstacles. This kind of service is very rare. In most customer service call centers, the reps have limited answers and end up passing you on to someone else. That was not the case with Moniquea and she was all over it, great job. It would be wise to keep her because that lady is made for greater things, perhaps training or management. Anyway, thanks again legalease best regards Anthony McCormick

Very poor service still waiting till this day to be assigned an attorney! I had to go out and find my own! Will be canceling this service!

Quickly getting legal matter situated

I was a victim of identitity theft and try to get service from legalease to help me with my problem but its been a month and tgey havent helped me at all also they should cover 100% persent but the attorney its charging me 2500 fir services wgat a ripoff

I simply do not understand how this company is still in business. There is no reason for them to be this bad and still exist. When you factor in the time I spent on the phone and emailing people, I could have paid a lawyer and be done already instead of being 4 MONTHS into this process with NO assigned lawyer and NO results.

I give this rating because I experienced a horrible and terrible service from this dealership Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buford Ga I purchased a Ford expedition from this dealership I drove it twice the second day the transmission went it failed me to top it off they tell me to take an Uber home and they will come get the vehicle I did put a down payment of $1000 down and I can’t seem to get my money back they agreed to take the vehicle back because I told him I don’t want it so they try to rush me into another vehicle which took two weeks to deliver kind of suspicious what is wrong with the second vehicle I have no clue but I know it does not take two weeks for delivery so I refuse to drive it off the lot I canceled the deal and I am out of $1000 and no vehicle that I only drove for two days financing 28,000 makes no sense to me I got ripped off and never will shop there again

This company has shady hiring practices. I started training on 4/11 and I thought all was well until I was offered another position at a lower salary and different hours on 4/14 due to changes within the company. I did not accept the position immediately but attempted to negotiate terms as I negotiated the original salary. Legalease did not work with me and told me they are not moving forward because I had a "casual style of learning". What does that even mean? And why offer me another position? Simply, I was discriminated against for not being a fool and accepting the lower salary and hours offered. And honestly, I believe I was low-balled because I am black and this was planned since beginning. They have probably low-balled every black person there and there was a nice amount so that makes sense. It has been 2 months, and I am still jobless, struggling, and depressed since being let go. I quit another job to come work here. I finally applied to receive unemployment in May since I did not have a job yet. Legalease was sent a letter on 5/24 to which they have not responded so I am still not receiving unemployment. This is the most frustrating and disheartening experience I have ever had with an employer. And I have been working for 17 years. This is all after I was told I was doing well in training. Please be careful if you apply here.
