The debit card I use to auto pay my membership expired. I updated the expiration date for the card on the website. I’m now getting emails for invoices rather than charging the card on file. Don’t tell me to call someone to straighten this out. If you’re billing system is this poor, I don’t need you to represent me in a self defense matter. Either charge the the card on file or drop me.

Joined because my CWP teacher encouraged it and I trust him and his judgement. I hope I never have to use it but I feel better knowing I can. I got my card and packet soon and also a rep called to welcome me and to see if I had any questions. It’s a small price to pay for a wealth of education and coverage.

I've called several times never have a problem getting ahold of somebody their customer service is always friendly and very helpful have been to a seminar and spoke with multiple lawyers that are great have no doubts that US lawsuit is in my corner if I will need it.

The law office i was set up with just wanted to fight me on everything tooth and nail. Disrespectful unhelpful and tried shoving me off onto someone else. Unprofessional in my opinion. That law office has very bad reviews being crooked deceitful. Very dissatisfied with this service.

Make sure you read the terms of service VERY carefully before chosing which prepaid legal aid to go with... some, like this company will only cover Red Flag laws if you actively use your weapon. When you disagree with the attorney they assign you, good luck getting a new one. They also won't let the attorney do work until they're positive they'll win. Finally, when you question it, they'll have their corporate attorneys email you why, BUT good luck trying to disclose it, as they include the following verbiage... "....Please note that this letter is a confidential communication to you. Therefore, you should not disclose the contents of this letter to anyone other than the attorney who is appointed or retained to represent you in this matter..." This is especially important if you're a veteran, like myself who got falsely reported. Regardless of what service you decide on, DO NOT make a statement without legal representation present. You'll regret it.

Had no issues. Great customer service. Even utilized their none emergency lawyer services.

Hope not to use the services I pay for. But confident in them if I have to. Responsiveness is awesome and good pricing/benefit ratio.

I never authorized a payment. And when I call you have no available agent to talk to? Shady!!
