I’ve had my membership almost a year now and I still have not received my membership card or packet. I’ve called customer service to see if the mailing address provided was correct and it was. So we tried send the member packet to a different address and months later still no packet. However, the rep did email me a digital card that I can download and print out. But I would still like my packet and all of my information.

Question what means Single members or doble what is the different

Had a problem with my membership talked to some lady named Jo Anne who was completely insulting and unprofessional. Canceled.

Update..its been over a month, and I NEVER heard back from them!!! No one has attempted to reach out to me! I bought this insurance when I took the firearm safety class. Never thought I'd use it, but hey, that's what insurance is for, right? So I have an incident where I need a lawyer. When I called, I was told the attorney for NC would get back to me within 72 hours. It's been over two weeks. When I heard there was only one "NC attorney," I was nervous, but then they never returned the call. Fortunately for me, I found a great lawyer (with a large retainer), and I'm confident about my case. Shame on this company! The insurance wasn't cheap either, I want a refund!

This Company DISCRIMINATES against disabled veterans. I was fired because of my service related disability. They even falsified my record to deny me unemployment. They DO NOT support Vets!

Yea, I am reading only good reviews from folks that have not had an issue yet using this so called CCW insurance, but from what I read here and from my own experience it is TRUE, that these folks only get hold of you when they want their money, typical corporate America, promises and from what I read here a very deceitful way of doing business, you will not get my renewal US LAWSHIELD

I join about be 3 years ago. I have called about membership twice and about a firearm related problem at work, a school. I have my TLC. Some misinformation and vague threats were made to employees by a district police captain and I thought it best it be corrected before I had an encounter with district police. The TX Lawshield attorney responded to me within hours of my initial call, suggested a course of action, took the action, and the misinformation and threats were corrected. The attorney then called back to let me know it had be resolved, without my name being used, and she even spoke to the district police chief. He called her at her suggestion.
