Good service initially as they rapidly assessed my damage and agreed to represent me on an underpaid insurance claim. However, they are slow to respond when you attempt to call the office. In addition, the fees I paid were inordinately high. The inspection alone was over ten percent of the agreed upon reimbursement; not to mention the attorney fees and administrative charges. I ended up receiving about forty percent of the check from the insurance company.
