No customer service answer the phone or email or vice mail you on you own after you sing for service

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! It has been 10 months since I signed the agreement. It was THE ONLY TIME somebody contacted me promptly, like the same day. Since then I have been trying to get updates on my case by making the office appointment with no success. In fact, I drove to the office once , just to see what is going on and they did not even let me through the front door. The phone number, associated with the firm is the messaging service and person who answers the phone is not even located in their office. Today , some guy called me back, but was not able to answer my questions, then said that he is not a professional , that he does not have time to talk to me and then he hung up on me. I don’t have enough words to express my disappointment. Complete waste of time. I can’t hire somebody else, because unfortunately , other lawyers are not picking up the case since I am bound by agreement.
