I filled out the short form online and Amanda Collins returned my call promptly the same day. She was very nice, patience, and professional as she gathered all my information. I haven't spoke with a lawyer yet, but Amanda Collins made me feel comfortable and at ease with this typically stressful situations.

I had 2 other people working on my case before Priscilla receive it and in the beginning I was very frustrated because I couldn't get any help or answers, but once Priscilla took over it was smooth sailing...if I called her she always returned the call if not available, she called me with biweekly updates and she answered all my questions and took care all of my needs. Thank you Priscilla for your help and your attentiveness on my case...JOB WELL DONE 🤗

Godsey Martin started out not good for me at all. I had changed different reps, lacked communication, and unaware of what was going on with my case. Finally I came across Amanda Bell!!! She made this long year and a half process so much easier for me. She stayed in contact with me, emailed or texted me what was going on with my case, which was all I was asking for in the beginning. She truly is the definition of customer service we have all been asking for. If you guys do anything else it needs to be to model her techniques for your other reps. She was a godsend I didn’t know I needed!

If I could give them one star I would .. they don’t take care of business at all .. what am I paying you for if I gotta call or text you about a update about my case .. I’m ready for this whole process to be over wrost experience ever I gotta deal with my healing process and my case because it’s not getting taking care of why should I have to write a review to get in contact with you do your job it’s what your getting paid for .. I want my attorney to get in contact with me in a reasonable manner without me having to waits weeks for a call back

This company is a serious joke! My advice to anyone thinking of using this company, do not. Get yourself a attorney that is board certified. I hate that I went here.

My experience with Godsey Martin wasn't the most positive in the beginning. I felt as if the person who was appointed to my case (Not the lawyer) was not listening to my concerns. Then God sent Mr. Juan Aguirre. This man did THE most important thing a businessman can do- LISTEN! Once I felt heard, then I began to feel understood. Once I felt those things, even if I didn't get the answer I wanted, I at the very least understand WHY. Mr. Aguirre didn't treat me like a file, he treated me like a person with a problem that needed to be solved. Mr. Aguirre went out of his way to let me know he was available & working on my case. He called on weekends(during his personal family time), called during the evenings and emailed if I was unable to answer. The number one thing I respect most about Mr. Aguirre is that he CONSISTENTLY keep his word! If Godsey Martin could clone Mr. Juan Aguirre it would be to their ultimate benefit! Mr. Aguirre needs to teach a class on how to treat clients. Im am forever grateful for him!

This law firm (Dallas) has too many cases and I have not received follow up calls. It has been1 year and 9 months with no settlement. I am still having issues impacting my daily life with no treatment. They do not follow up on calls and emails. I have been dropped by my doctor for unpaid bills from the accident. Bills have been reported to my credit report.
