Nik Cheairs ---When the process of my claim was finalized I took the time to thank Nik Cheairs in handling my case. He was very professional and responsive. When i called him he would always call me back. When he was out of town he would always apologize for missing my calls. He was very patient when i had questions and was very knowledgeable in answering them. When their was a hick up in the process he would also apologize and stayed on top to get it resolved. I thanked the Lord for putting him on my case. He is a asset to Godsey Martin.

I am so appreciative Godsey Martin and Raul Hernandez was available to me and very helpful on such short notice
They took time and talked me through the process even in the mist of my nervousness and anxiety
It was a dark Rainy Night and the phone was answered the first time which was a comfort to me
