I have had a case open since OCTOBER 2020 Initially I had Cecilia Espinoza and she kept me updated and everything moving. And then they passed my daughters case to Ryan rodgers and I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM HIM . IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS. I’ve called once a month and still NO CALL BACK! Completely frustrated!!!!

I had no knowledge of what to expect doing the process of my experience and at first I was not satisfied with the level of service I was recving until Mr NIk Cheairs became active in my case, He was very informative and kept me up on the events of my case and was very honest and open with me. This meant the world to me as I had become very upset with the other representatives that I originally encountered.
