Cecilia “CeCe” was very nice and responsive to my needs. Whenever I called regarding my case and left a message for her to call me back, she would contact me in an instant. She was always courteous and kind. Her customer service ethic really set the bar high. I appreciated having her as my case manager.

This team was very professional and responsive despite the delays that COVID has caused this year they were always responsive and attentive and answered any questions or concerns I had. It was a pleasure working with Janet Jackson and Elena Flores to finalize my case. They were so helpful and persistent with getting my case settled. My accident happened Sept 2019 and had yet to close. I know things started to get hectic in the world around March 2020... nonetheless I made the decision to stop my treatment with the recommended medical staff due to shared information from their legal team stating that my medical expenses had already reached where $20000 and the additional treatment needed would have to be approved, but the staff wasn't sure the case was worth enough to cover advise additional treatment. So I sought out my own medical treatment so I could stop the increase of medical expenses and get some relief from my injury... I felt like I would end up owing a bill if I had not. I stopped that treatment in January 2020 and requested the case be closed. As of today 12/11/2020 the case has yet to be completed and I was told by assigned staff the case settled at $10000 and my payout portion would be $2000... Thats not the worst part... I have been Emailing, calling and reaching out to the assigned group but no one seems to have time to respond or when they have responded its been they are still working on steps that they have been working for over 30 plus days. I have had to reach out to their recommended medical staff for them to push the halted treatment plan over to assigned staff so they can get information required to move forward. I had only one person that would call me back if she was not getting the information she needed so she could move to the next step(Nicolle Rockmore). I work in a Customer Service oriented environment with a fortune 500 company that has been in business since before I was born(im 41). The world has become a customer service oriented business. And no matter how small or big your company is... if you don't have customers you don't have a business. This team needs to have an intervention and should be evaluated by its CEO. Im frustrated and a little customer service will take you a long way. I hope to hear from a staff member to close this case soon. Dissatisfied, unhappy Angry disrespected Client.
