The absolute worst. Run like hell from this place. Absolutely worthless!

Great quality and service. Words can’t express how and what I feel about Laura Martinez is very efficient and a God fearing person I felt like I have known her all my life she truly care about you as a person not just about money she listen she is very concerned about you I called her and shared my life problems.with her she is so Attentive and concern she could have said listen I have other things to do I have a job to do but she did not she put my concerns and my Needs first Godsey Martin Law firm should be proud to have a employee like Ms.Laura Martinez that goes beyond and above to make sure the client needs are met. Ms. Martinez is very professional very responsible and she cares a great deal I was in a terrible accident and injured my shoulder with a rotator tear.She called me to see if she could be of any service to me we talked about God and the Bible she is truly a blessing so I am saying this from the heart if anyone out there that need a Professional Paralegal and a Lawyer office please take my word this company Godsey Martin Law Firm is the best in representing a clients needs.Last but not least Sharde Marks is a wonderful Lawyer also she called and explained the whole process to me and stated that I can call her or Ms. Martinez at any time They are working hard for their clients in spite of the Covid 19 . Just remember to be patient and wait on the Lord and it will work in your favorite. They really care about the clients. The service started off okay. A few months went buy and I had to call the firm for an update. I had to make several calls in order to get assistance. Finally I call a 214 area code to seek upper management and Attorney Aguirre responded. He immediately stepped in, apologized and took charge. After about a week my case was settled. It’s going on 2 years and no one has called me! Every time I call them, there’s no one available. When I do get a hold of someone they say the same story going on two years. We are waiting on your abulance bill. Wow!!! This place is horrible. I had got involved into another accident and got a 30,000 dollar settlement with in 6 months. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND REPORTED TO THE BAR!!!!

I just wanted to take time out to express my sincere appreciation for Mrs, Markeyshia Jackson. I’ve been working with Godsey Martin since my accident last October and although except for two people I’ve dealt with, everyone was extremely nice and professional. However, in my opinion, they all fail in comparison to her. Since our initial conversation, she gave me the same energy of being extremely nice, professional, but more importantly thorough. Anytime I had a question or concern, she made herself available to not only answer them, but also put my mind at ease with this entire process which unbeknownst to me, I had no knowledge of how it works. She was there, again with the same initial energy, with absolutely no hesitation. Which might I add, is more than I can say about her counterparts. This accident has been a tremendous stressor which flipped my life completely upside down. Sometimes, people who’ve been in a profession for a while for whatever reason, lose the ability to be empathetic to someone’s plight. I’ve experienced that first have with members employed with Godsey Martin. So much so that I was considering going to another firm altogether. Inspite of it all, when it mattered, you came through in the clutch and made all of my worries disappear. Sometimes, it’s good to tell someone how they’ve helped you. Mrs. Jackson, thank you for not only what you do, but the manner in which you continue to do so. I know I’m only one of your thousands if it millions of clients, but I had to let you and the company you’re working so diligently for just how much of an impact you’ve had on my life during this traumatic situation. I have been working with Mrs. Angela Greear she is a very kind person to talk with and she listens to everything you have to say even if it does not make perfect sense. At first me and my mother were very ignored in terms of our case nobody called and we were very lost. But ever sense being transferred to Mrs. Angela its been a lot easier to understand the process. And she also will call you back no later then the next day.Yes the process is timely but with Angela it makes it less stressful. So I strongly recommend Angela Greear.

On October 28, 2020 (my birthday), I was reared ended in the freeway. I was hesitant to reach out for help but finally decided to call the Godley Martin. The call was answered by Amanda Collins she was absolutely amazing. Very informative and helpful. She eased my mind by handling everything up front. Ms. Collins was constantly checking on my overall health she even scheduled follow-up appointments on my behalf. It was a confusing and scary time for me. I am so happy. Ms. Collins was there to help when the call ended. I felt like I was im good hands and that the Godsey Martin team actually cared about me. Update: It's been over two years later, and I'm still waiting on a settlement. After the first week or so, communications slowed down and within two months were completely non-existent. I honestly have no idea where I am in the process and no longer feel important to the team. I'm sure I never was.

I have an amazing history with godsey martin, for almost 2 yrs now I have been trying to get my case settled, even with my last lawyer leaving the firm and then I was completely In the dark. But I pressed the issue on what’s right and then Mr. Juan Aguirre came In the picture. I can sincerely say this guy will give you a peace of mind and solid on his word. I told him I’m in pain still and due to the pandemic and my last lawyer leaving everything has been slow. Mr. Juan Aguirre IMMEDIATELY gave me a partial check right there and then. Now I’m getting my whole settlement check by tomorrow.
