I would like to write a brief professional comment on Sharde Marks, attorney for my case. On several occasions, I had begun to become quite frustrated at getting no verbal or written communications established regarding the status of my claim. I left several messages but to no avail. Your voicemail said if we were not satisfied with the service received, we could contact the attorney for our case, so I did. My attorney is Sharde Marks who on several occasions, when I could not speak directly with my case worker or paralegal, I asked to be transferred to her. I was hit by a company truck did not know what to do so called this law firm to represent me. After speaking to a representative there they got me in contacted with a case manager by the name of Tabitha Garza, she arranged treatment and I started immediately. I had an issue with the doctors and she quickly got on it and resolved it. I feel so much better and the experience was great considering what I had to go thru for treatment.
